Would you invest in a property on a busy main street?

If the numbers were good with all things considered PITI, maintenance, vacancy, capex and management, would you invest in a remodeled property on a busy main street? Property is rent rented at $725 to $750...

@Michael Jones, depending on the market, for sure! If it's a location where people can walk to restaurants, bars, etc. that is a real selling point for a lot tenants, especially younger ones.
