Down Payment on Florida Condos??
Been looking into purchasing a investing property down in South Florida as that is where I am located. Been looking into possibly purchasing a condo but heard rumors regarding the down payment towards a condo.
From what Ive heard it appears that a 20% down payment is needed to purchase a condo.
Has anyone had any experience buying a condo in florida and if so, what were the regulations for a down payment?
