Looking for a partner to start
Hey everyone. I am new to doing real estate. Currently looking for a partnership/coach to get started. Wanting to invest in properties with a 6% ROI to start. Also looking for over 16% or higher ROI properties, as Profit share of 65% to the investor and 35 for myself and anything over 16% I myself will keep. Profit share in negotiable. Ready to take action but cannot do it alone to start.
