Hey everyone. I am new to doing real estate. Currently looking for a partnership/coach to get started. Wanting to invest in properties with a 6% ROI to start. Also looking for over 16% or higher ROI properties, as Profit share of 65% to the investor and 35 for myself and anything over 16% I myself will keep. Profit share in negotiable. Ready to take action but cannot do it alone to start.
Hey there peeps! I was wondering where do you find investors. I just started out and am looking into my first deal. Found a nice place here where I am. Ran an analysis on the property and looking at about $500 a month cashflow. Was wondering if anyone has any tips on this or ideas to find investors.
Hey this is great info. Thabks btw for that.I am currently reading rich dad poor dad. Amazing book. Really intrigued by this book, honestly have to say this is one if not the best book I have ever read up to this point. I will continue to educate myself. But hard for me to do that because of my learning disability. I will at some point have to do hands on work to get anywhere with this. I was thinking about finding a real estate agent in my area and ask them if I could shadow them when doing research on houses and doing deals so I can learn.
Hey everyone! I am new to real estate. I was wondering where I could learn about the basics of real estate. I am a hands on kind of person and here to learn! I know absolutely nothing about it. Not sure where to start to learn cause I mean when I say I know nothing about it I mean absolutely zip. I been watching some youtube videos and listening to biggerpockets podcast but its like listening to a different language. I am hearing and seeing but not understand any of what I am learning, like none of it lol. I been looking for a mentor around my market here in san angelo tx but no luck so far. Like I said early I am a hands on learner. Part of my wavering learning disability I have. Anyway I am looking forward to figuring/learning all of this. Real Estate sounds like so much fun. I really believe I will draw a strong passion for this once it finally clicks for me. Btw it is nice to meet everyone. Hope we grow together and become good friends :)

Hey thanks for the info. I do not know what a FHA loan is but I will read about it. Being new to this real estate thing. Looks like a language I dont understand lol. Kinds got a learning issue cause of that I have to learn hands on for it to click. Kind of embarrassing but hey my determination will prevail. Ok so I have no debt. So where do I find a mentor or a invester. I am kind of lost on step 1. I can put back some money to start saving. I been learning alittle about wholesale but still dont understand it enough to do it. I want to and am motivated to start. Just need to get past the trying to understanding of it im stuck in. I think I got alittle of it understood though so I need to try to get a loan and then find a rent out house to get tenants? Lol Man I am lost in the wind.

Hey there everyone! Nice to meet you all. I am new to real estate investing. I just boight tbe vook Rich Dad Poor Dad and found it to be amazing. I am the fresh meat here when it comes to investing. I been watching some youtube videos about investing & listening to the bigger pockets podcast but I know almost nothing about where or how to start investing from nothing. I work a full time job atm, I am a father of 3 kids and a spouse. Currently my income is horrible so I got nothing saved to start investing but regardless I am determined to get out of the rut & give my family a better life. Guess what I am saying is asking where to start with no money. My credit is around like 645 so not sure what that would do. Am working on making it better. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would help tremendously. Thanks for listening.
