Wholesalers, Realtors, Bird Dogs, and Investors my team and I are looking to purchase distressed properties in the Houston TX area. We want to take your deals off of your hands.

@Craig Kincade how many deals have you done? how are you planning to fund the deals?

These are two very important questions that any reputable wholesaler will ask you. I would have these questions answered before you get into a deal.

Also, maybe post a profile picture? There are thousands of people that are looking for deals around Houston and you'll need to build a relationship with folks to get dibs on deals. A profile picture is a small way to connect with folks.

Best of luck!
