@Brian Alfaro I’m a newbie when it comes to building my Realestate presence in a social environment. How would you suggest I market myself to hopefully some day get a few more deals in the BiggerPockets forums?

@Cameron Tope I uploaded my photo. I’ve completed 8 deals with my mentor and 5 solo deals on my own. My deals are funded using a hard money lender and I use the Brrrr strategy. I’m an experienced electrician and I rehab other investors properties as well. I’m looking forward to building relationships in the Realestate market.
