Hard Rock Casino coming to town...what to do???

It will be announced shortly that a Hard Rock Casino is coming to my hometown in Northern IL with development beginning almost immediately. How would you all, as REI, capitalize on this opportunity? My first thought was to set up a few short term rentals or rental arbitrage some units in the area. I would LOVE to hear what you guys would do in this situation!

Thank you,

Jeff

@Jeff Oberts I would be looking at STR and Long term rentals. Casinos employ a bunch of people. Those people wil need housing and people like to live close to work.
