What’s the best way to go about putting in a offer when you come across with you feel is a good deal ? Do you wait to go check out the property or do you put in a offer right away ?

Of course when we wait , it’s already under contract because some acted fast , so should we put in a offer , if it get accepted go check it out , and then make request from that point , if let’s say it has foundation issues and we don’t want to go further with it how do you handle that?

Reason I’m asking we run into this alot so I’m looking for a better approach

@Robert Collins

Depends how quickly you need to act lol. If you have time to use a realtor, do a walk thru, get an inspection, etc. do it. That said, I've purchased 2 properties from the MLS (that I knew were good deals) by simply texting the listing agent my offer. 1 offer was site unseen, the other was contingent upon a walk-thru the next day. Not saying those were the smartest things to do, just saying sometimes you gotta move fast and make a decision. I got both of those properties FYI :)
