Ready to start with real estate

Hey, i want to get started with real estate but i am not sure where to really start. I’ve been studying and trying to learn more for the past year but i feel like i am now ready to take a step forward. Here are some of details about myself :

22 Year old Male

Prince george’s county, Maryland Resident

Credit score : 767

Savings : $1400

Debt : 9K Monthly payment : $300

income before taxes : 35k-40k

Monthly expenses : $400-$600

Debt to income ratio : 19%

What should i do next? Any more details i need to share?

@Luis Vargas do you live at home or rent some place? I would start looking into doing a house hack. Talk to a lender and see if you qualify for a FHA loan. you are going to need more savings than the $1400.00 so start looking for ways to reduce your expenses and increase your income. The easiest way to cut down expenses is to stop eating out. Start doing some gig work like driving for uber or something like that to generate some extra income. House hacking can be really powerful so I would look into that but you will need more cash to get into a place.
