people who have refinanced or are likely, can i find a list???
I'm wondering, are there ways for me to look up or find people in my area who have recently pulled out a refinance or home equity loan on their home or people that are likely to or are in a position to? I am a general contractor specializing in large scope remodels and also involved in real estate and i think this would be a good audience to reach out to. Thanks for all help!
