Oklahoma Loan Broker

Jim Fang
Posted

I bought a rental property in Oklahoma City metropolitan area two years ago and am considering refinance it due to the low rate recently. I have excellent credit score but a major change compare to 2 years ago is l lost my W2 job. What is the best 30 year fixed rate for a program that do not require income document?

Any loan broker recommendation?

AMtrust send me letter offering a low rate. Anyone have experience working with them.

Thanks
