Maine Purchase and Sale agreement for a single family house, I

can't seem to find a purchase and sale agreement under 34 pages long (Law Depot). I've searched here also but can't find any contracts that would work. Where can I get a contract to purchase a single family residence in Lewiston Maine?

@Allison Meggison give Rocket Lawyer a try, they have specific contracts for each state. Otherwise I would do what the other have already suggested, get a lawyer or a contract out of the BP area.
