Auburn, NY Investors
I'm curious if there's anyone here investing specifically in the Auburn, NY area? Found a property there that I'm interested in but curious what people are seeing for rents. The property in question has utilities included and I'd like to do away with that but not sure if the current rates have room to go higher. I'd also like to get some feedback on the price of the property itself. Seller is firm on his price but I'm not sure that it's worth it!

For single family houses 3+ bedrooms I get $1250-$1500 plus utilities.
2 bdrm apt: $900-$1150 including utilities.
3 bdrm apt: $800-$1000 plus utilities
4 bdrm apt: $1,000-$1,200 plus utilities.
