Hi BPers, 

Has anyone here had any experience investing in Rochester NY?

Can you please share some insights as to what to expect?

On a reasonable good deal, what can you expect of CoC% CAP% and rate of appreciation?

what area would you recommend and whether SFH or MFH if the strategy is to buy and hold and appreciation over cash flow?
