Selling lumber on lots

Hello BP family,

My LLC owns a few lots outside of Greenville, SC. We are interested in selling the trees on the lots to a lumber company if it's profitable. Does anyone have experience in this area?

    It costs many thousands of dollars for a logger to mobilize. they ain't coming for a few toothpicks.
