Tips on Selling a Property in Cleveland

I'm selling my first properly. It's in Cleveland, it has a tenant and it meets the 1% rent to value rule.

Since I'm not using a real estate agent, I'm not sure how to get eyeballs on my listing. I'm wondering if anyone has tips on how to market a property like this?

So far it's only listed on Roofstock

Should I put it on Loopnet as well?

I looked at the marketplace here on Bigger Pockets, but it seems to be defunct.

Thanks!

You live in CA..............and you're selling a rental property in Cleveland as a FSBO without an agent?

What could go wrong? :-)
