Best real estate cash flow cities
I was wondering what everyone’s thoughts were on the best cash flow cities for real estate through out the country.
I currently live in Rochester,NY. Although it’s not necessarily landlord friendly and the taxes are high. From what I’ve seen it’s a good city for cash flow due to a lower cost housing market.
I am thinking about moving and would like to find a market with a similar or better cash flow for single family and multi family real estate. Looking more out west and down south!?
