I've only been doing this a few years, like maybe 5, but the topic about carpet cleaning reminded me about the value of professional window cleaners.

There are several good companies in town. The do excellent work and the glass panes disappear. The price is per pane of glass so storm windows cost more. The do the inside, the outside and all windows and glass doors. They work fast and their prices are reasonable. For a 3 br house with no storms about $120. and with storms about $180. They also do sliding glass doors, french doors, ceiling fans, ceiling light fixtures, etc.

We do this for all properties being renovated for sale, and most rentals. It makes the glass disappear, it makes the place look cleaner and it makes the place look brighter also.
