Cheap source for those 2" faux blinds?

Fixing up a house hack, thought I'd use those 2" faux mini blinds. They seem to be about twice as expensive at HD and Lowe's as online sources, but are the online places really bad quality? At least with HD you can see what you're getting before they precut the blinds. Any advice?

    @Carrie K.

    I have bought a bunch of these for cheap at walmart - Better Homes and Gardens brand. I was lucky enough to find them twice on clearance.
