Rising sea levels and waterfront properties

Thinking about buying an apartment to rent out in the Hudson River area of NJ (Hoboken, JC, Edgewater, Weehawken). Has anyone here decided against buying something because concern about long term climate change (specifically rising sea levels and increased flooding)? Any thoughts on this area in particular?

Oceanfront properties in the PNW are through the roof(including my primary)! Big difference between flooding and ocean rising.
