Seller Carryback vs. Contract for deed?

Hi,

I'm studying for my sales prelicensing exam and I'm confused about the difference between a carryback and a contract for deed? The definitions are almost identical in my eyes. 

Any helpful ways to remember the difference for the test would be great!
