Need Insurance for an 8-Plex Under Contract

We just made the jump from duplexes to multifamily!  The current owner has been paying $2,487. I reached out to his agent and I found out that due to some changes in underwriting we cannot get the same policy.  My agent just quoted me $4,982 with a different insurance carrier.  The 8-Plex is in TX, built in 1985, all units are efficiency units.  Any Commercial Insurers that you guys can recommend?  Thanks!
