HELOC, in these uncertain times!

Wondering if anyone has a good resource for a HELOC. We were just approved by our bank after over 3 months of a process that was difficult for all. During the process, I asked several times what the terms of the HELOC would be. When we finally found out what the terms were, I rejected the loan. Looking for a no nonsense (lol) loan officer and bank.
