Trying to Find a way to get this 60 unit deal done

BP,

Does anyone have any advice on how I can get this deal done? I have a 65 unit deal on the table that I would hate to pass on. It's a great opportunity to scale my multifamily portfolio, I just can't find a way to get it accomplished. I have about 300K built in up in equity but I am missing the other 300K to get this deal completed. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@Stephen Jones you could look at bringing in a partner or using private money. If it's a good enough deal then you shouldn't have issues finding the money to fund it
