Motel Value Add
Hello BP family. I just finished a Lakeside Motel renovation on Lake Chautauqua NY and things are going well. I'm looking to connect with people who have experience with this asset class to share ideas, network. I've really enjoyed this project and want to further develop my systems and network to scale in this area.

Congrats, seems like good timing in the summer. Are you getting bookings or too late for reservations?
Adam Howard, glad to hear it's going well enough to want to do more. I'm considering doing a 8-10 room motel conversion in NC and I was wondering if you'd be willing to offer some advice. How big was the one you did in NY by the way?
