Commercial Lending Help
Hello Everyone, I have a project in NC that will be a tactical gun range and outdoor event center. We have a lease on the land but I really want to buy it out. Are there any lending companies or hard money companies that lend with a 607 credit score (marriage)? I have a business plan and already active events happening this year. Any advice or referrals would be great. Thank You!!

@Melissa Johnson It depends, You might be able to go SBA or hard money. How many acres is the gun range and are there buildings on the property? What is the total project cost? How much do you have to put down? Have you done a feasibility study? I will reach out to you.
@Karen Schimpf It is 550 acres. We have a lease on the property to start the project until funding is secured. The range is in a high military area and will also be used for LE training as well. I am lucky to have some heavy hitters in the military, on my team. I look forward to talking to you about this. Thank you
SBA loan and a credit repair specialist. That'll be your best bet.
