Syndication Seminar Suggestions

Looking for suggestions for a class/seminar on syndication.  Was scheduled to attend the Secrets of Successful Syndication seminar that the Real Estate Guys host in Dallas but have a schedule conflict.

I have not been to the Value Hound event, but I have been to Gene Trowbridge's, Dave Lindahl's, Joel Block's, and the Real Estate Radio Guys.  Gene's was hands down the best and most informative.  Since Gene does not have that event on his schedule, Dave Lindahl's will have to be my second choice for those new to syndications. I see that Dave has one coming up in October.
