Multifamily deal sources in North Jersey

Hello dedicated real estate investors! Can you recommend a source for multifamily deals in North Jersey (10-16 units)? I use loopnet but quickly ran out of deals that meet my criteria. My goal is to analyze 1 deal a day in Bergen or Hudson county. I am a pretty new to the real estate game and decided to start with bigger deals for bigger returns. Would love to analyze at least 200 deals this year and hopefully find the right one.

Same here as Marta. I am based in Hudson county, NJ and I am looking for multifamily deals pretty much anywhere where it would make sense in NJ.
