Any recommendations on who to contact as far as private investors for assistance on down payments? I need some folks to run my deals by to see if they would be interested. Seems like most of these online services charge you to post request for funding. Any recommendations would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

BiggerPockets would also fall into that category where you have to pay to post requests for funding. Its only $5 a month, though. If you choose to upgrade into a Pro Basic member, you can post in the Seeking Financing forum.

Be aware that if you're soliciting for investors, as opposed to loans, then you're violating SEC regulations. When you solicit investors, for example, people would buy into an LLC as equity investors, you are limited to people you already know. Public solicitations of strangers are prohibited.
