Looking at purchasing USPS tenant occupied building

I am looking at purchasing a building that the tenant is USPS. What are your thoughts on that? Has anyone or does anyone own a commercial building that is a USPS? This is in a small town and the only post office. Thoughts?

In the future if they want to move to a new location they will--like any other renter.
