Checking my thought/ figures on property.
Property is being sold for 2.6 million with a cap rate of 5 %. NNN property
Is my math right or what am I doing wrong to figure NOI? I came up with a 130,000 NOI.
Hi, I calculated the same thing. 130,000 (NOI) divided by 5% (cap rate) = 2,600,000 (selling price)
