Getting started in Foreclosures Kokomo, IN

Hey everyone,

I’m Clayton, 24 years old, based out of Kokomo, Indiana, and I’m finally 100% debt-free and ready to dive into real estate investing.

Right now, I work full-time in the apartment industry (9–5). It’s been a great learning experience, but my goal is to build financial freedom through real estate and eventually break out of the W2 grind.

Lately, I’ve been focused on learning everything I can about foreclosure auctions and am currently reading Bidding to Buy: A Step-by-Step Guide to Investing in Real Estate Foreclosures. I’m especially interested in flipping houses, but I’m open to any strategy that helps me get in the game and start building wealth.

I’m looking to connect with active flippers, investors, or mentors in the Kokomo or central Indiana area who might be open to letting me shadow them or even partner on a project. I’m ready to learn, willing to put in the work, and just want to surround myself with the right people.
