Double Closings

Hi Guys,

Quick question: is it possible to do a double closing on a short sale ?

having my buyer provide the funds to for both transactions

I received a call from a seller 2 days ago so I want to find out if it is worth pursuing

The above responses missed the biggest issue -- you'll likely be required to disclose your resale contract to the lender. Lenders will generally require all parties to sign an affidavit at closing indicating that there are not agreements outside of the transaction that the lender hasn't been made aware of.
