Hospital lien on property being foreclosed and auctioned.

Does any one know how much would a 55K Hospital lien against a property would affect the new owner after the foreclosure bidding, if the foreclosure is supposed to clean property from all claims against it after the sale? (to my understanding, only the senior loan will take prominence if a second mortgage is being foreclosed)

@Rudy Sant

The hospital lien would be wiped off from the property (not the owner who lost the title) if the lien holder was properly notified and had the right to bid on the property at the auction.   The judgment against the previous owner would still remain.
