New Asset Manager - New "rules"

Forget what you think you know about HUDs when the asset manager company gets changed.  I've got one in my area that has more than 80 DOM with no price reductions yet.  I would like to buy this house, but not at their price.  Never seen one sit this long without a price reduction.  Uggghh.   By the way, their counter offer has been about  87% of list.  Counter offer has not come down yet either.
