foreclosure help. i am new to foreclosing and need help

i went to the baltimore court house and received a list of the foreclosures for the last month and she gave me a list of names and case numbers and said i had to look up each name case by case..i wanted to know how this can be beneficial? and if anyone know where i can find a PRE foreclosure list or if that even exist. when i asked the lady for one she didnt know what i was talking about.. someone please help me...and feedback will help

A "pre-forclosure" is a case where the lender has issued a Notice of Default or Lis Pendens, depending on whether your state is a non-judicial or judicial foreclosure state, respectively.

The county likely does NOT gather or provide such information beyond what the clerk offered. Third party aggregators may offer such collections of data for a fee, however.
