Eviction After Foreclosure
Hello- I purchased a house at a foreclosure auction in California. I likely will need to do an eviction. The house was in the name of a husband and wife. I think they are still married although the wife has moved out and the girlfriend has either moved in or spends the night a few times a week ( i am not sure). Does this matter in anyway?
