BPO and listng?

We don't list properties until we get approvals normally and I know I'm in a minority on that. We got an approval from the first lender and verbal from the second of what they wanted and we could live with everything. We listed the property and are working on getting an end buyer.

Just found out today the second is ordering new bpo because the negotiatior was reassigned. In MLS it states in the private remarks, "subject to seller taking title"

Will this KILL us from the beginning? We've had THREE bpo's on the property but it was never listed.
Thoughts?

Interesting! You get a Realtor to list a property before you are in title, hmmm, starnge to me because in Mo. an agent/broker can only obtain a listing from the owner(s) of record! Seemed that Realtors had the same requirement. I know that would make things much harder, but what do the Realtors say?

Sorry to hear about your second BPO, I wonder if the old negotiator was "let go" and they don't trust the BPOs that were done? Might have been the circumstances with that employee. OTH, it might be for any reason at all or maybe there is no real reason, :)
