Pre-foreclosure list

I'm from Louisiana, and I'm having problems finding pre-forclosure list. I have called title company and they do not provide notice of default list. I have access to the clerk of court records and looked under lis pendis and nothing there either. I was wondering if some of the people from Louisiana or other states that are having this problem let me know where to find these list.

I can help you get pre-foreclosure list. There's somewhat of a trick that I learned by going to the parrish court house here in Lafayette. I'm originally from N.I and was interested in getting started between the two cities.
