Tax deed / certificate please help

I have a chance to buy a tax deed / certificate how do I get it in my name so I can sell property 

I’m in Alabama please help lol

Make sure you know what physical property you are buying particularly when dealing with vacant land.  Without a survey you're just guessing even if you see a fence or a stream or some other indication of where the boundaries might be.

One big reason tax deed parcels are sold cheap is because they don't have legal access, which is different than physical access.  Just because you drove on a dirt road to get to what you think is the property doesn't mean you have a legal right to use the road.
