real info about owners

Can anyone tell me how to find information (phone numbers of owners) without using the Tax roll or the white pages ?

There are some good skip tracing services too that are more accurate and allow you to do more - ie make and send mailers, call, text etc

Sure........I can get owners name from county office if I provide property address. If it is an LLC in Wa I then go to Sec State website an find the LLC members names and address maybe phone number too, don't recall. I have used this to make unsolicited offers on apartment buildings.

Yes I do that. If it is an LLC I go to Sunbiz and can get more information. But it is very difficult to get the phone numbers in most cases
