Underwriting Practice to Gain Experience

I am looking to practice underwriting multifamily deals and was wondering if anyone had ideas on some resources you or others use to get rent rolls and T-12s for underwriting.

Crexi & Loopnet will have plenty of examples for you! You may need to sign confidentiality agreements but that shouldn't be a big issue as long as you can comply with them.
