Respecting the Second Amendment

I believe that Tenants have the right to keep and bear arms. Is it appropriate as a landlord to mandate that a tenant have insurance such as LawShield, USCCA or AOR and to provide proof of such?

Not only do I think it's a bad idea (possibly not even legal) to propose those sort of restrictions on potential tenants, but I don't think it's the landlords right to ask if a person owns a firearm. It's none of their business.
