Crexi Isn’t Cutting It. Where Are the Good Deals Hiding?
I'm a construction professional transitioning into full-time investing with a goal of scaling to 500+ multifamily units over the next few years, primarily in the Southeast. I've managed large residential/multifamily construction budgets in the past, and I'm comfortable with value-add and BRRRR strategies.
I know that most of the truly good multifamily deals never hit the public sites like Zillow or Crexi. I'm looking to connect with people who can share insights on how they're sourcing off-market or less-public deals.
✅ What listing sites, brokers, or local networks have you found most helpful?
✅ How do you recommend approaching brokers so they take you seriously and share deals?
✅ Any local wholesaler networks or regional MLS systems worth checking out?
I’m also very open to networking directly with agents or brokers who focus on multifamily and value-add opportunities. Feel free to DM me if you want to connect.
Thanks in advance for any tips or introductions!
