Distressed Milwaukee 13 Family

I recently purchased an apartment building on Milwaukee's south side and I am currently doing several bathroom remodels.  I am running into a slowdown on every apartment I work on when it comes to drywall work.  I am more than capable of doing it, but I also work full-time and would like to contract this part out.  Does anyone know a quality, reliable drywall contractor in the Milwaukee area?

Go to Home Depot or Lowe's early in the morning.  The good contractors generally get up early to start the projects and get materials.

Try to talk to some of them and see what they charge etc. Might have to pay a good amount of money to to get them to work for you.

In a hot construction and flip cycle contractors start naming their price and can push back on  fees charged. The investors not wanting to pay much get pushed out on their projects. If the market is hotter with lots of business why would the great contractors want to work for less??

On larger projects for commercial some developers will bring in workers from other states where there is not much business in that economy and they can start work right away. The local guys in a booming economy want a mint or can't start for awhile because they are backed up.
