Inspections on a 5 unit building

Hey BP,

I'm buying a 1996 brick 5 plex in Hickory NC fully occupied and in good condition. I have always done inspections on my SFR's but considering the cost of inspection ($1300) and the year it's built, I am getting a feeling may be I could safely skip it on this one. What's your recommendation?

Thanks!

Then make it a showcase for what you did right, not a lesson you learned from your mistakes.  The reason you gave makes the profit you make on this deal less important, it being a success without unknowns hitting you in the face. Show that you are conservative and don't take unnecessary risks.
