4 Plex Improvements decision
I have a 4 plex in need of a new roof. After i repair it i will be refinancing some money back out. Ashphalt shingles, vs. Rolled asphalt. Would / could the rolled asphalt effect the appraisal in a negatIve way. I know that there is no specific roofing adjustment in an appraisal, but I will be providing a improvments liat to the appraiser. All thoughts are appreciated.
