Hello, guys narrowing down some apartments to invest in by the end of this year.
Wondering if you can share what you guys, 1. Cash Flow 2. Bought prop for 3. How much do you make per door 4. How many units do you have and which city do you stick with?
I have been looking at Memphis & Nashville. currently all my single families are in Houston which property tax % making flee the scene.
