Multifamily Property Managers w/ Repositioning Experience
Our team was able to go and acquire capital commitments for $10MM We are aggressively ramping up our acquisitions in the multifamily space - particularly Class C & B apartment communities with a value add component. Property manager MUST have repositioning experience dealing with Class C & B communities. Our market is in Florida. Concentrating on a few counties at the moment. I was in a similar situation a few months ago. I googled and created a list of all the Tampa Bay area property management companies and called them all to determine if they were a good fit. I only found a handful of management companies that did value-add multifamily greater than 100+ units. I had better luck asking for recommendations from real estate brokers I was working with, so I recommend that you do that same: find the top real estate brokerages in Tampa and ask them for property management recommendations.
