Why to ALWAYS submit an Offer??

‼️SUBMIT AN OFFER ‼️

I am truly amazed at how many people look at deals and never submit an offer. I understand that sometimes a deal might not be that interesting after all, but many times, it is interesting AT CERTAIN PRICE 💰💰

Then, as a buyer, you should ALWAYS submit an offer, dont be shy, most sellers/brokers understand that this is a business and wont get offended by "low" offers. I certainly wont. I will have more respect for the person who submitted a low offer than for the other 99 people that never called back.

If you are interested, SUBMIT AN OFFER!!!

Because you will miss 100% of the shots you never take.

When lowballing, its better to have conversations than actually making offers. If you offend the sellet off the bat, they might choose not to sell to you ever, and might send to an eventual buyer for less. Its better to express where youd like to be, build raport, and let them know if they cant sell it, youd be willing to talk about a lower price down the road.

Actually getting a low number on a property takes me about 4 months or so to make it happen.
